As part of our commitment to you, we assign a Project Manager to each individual customer. This Project Manager is your single point of contact. We strongly believe that you will benefit from this method of operation seeing as the communication between the organizations will be more efficient. Indeed, the CCMTECH Project Manager will develop a greater understanding of your needs and be thus able to respond more quickly to your requests.
The CCMTEC Project Manager is entirely responsible for every facet of the project, but is not limited to, the design and documentation of new work procedures for custom products involving the supply chain, the manufacturing process, quality control, and shipping. Furthermore, if technical assistance is required, your CCMTECH Project Manager has the expertise of our technical staff to assure that your questions are answered.
Technical Support:
All CCMTECH products are backed by a comprehensive support plan custom designed to your specifications.
We understand that the functionality of your product is essential to your organization's success with clients. Accordingly, we have developed a series of flexible customized service solutions to assure the quality and reliability of your product. This includes an e-Service support available through the customer extranet that also extends to the warranty process and is simplified with the use of the CCMTECH e-RMA. These tailored solutions are benefiting as they reduce costs and increase efficiency associated with the service and return of merchandise.
Warranty Repairs:
The warranty offered on our products is based on the original manufacturer's warranty for off-the-shelf products and the CCMTECH warranty for custom designed products manufactured by CCMTECH. Extended Warranty Plans are also available. |
