We differentiate ourselves by the quality, reliability and affordability of our manufactured products. Indeed, the relationships we have built with our customers have been based on these three manufacturing essentials. Accordingly, to uphold this notion and preserve the quality of our products, our company has implemented a number of Quality Assurance and Quality Control mesures.

ISO 9001:2000

CCMTECH adheres to the ISO 9001:2000 Standards. To qualify for these certifications, a company must abide by a strict set of rules that encompass quality control in five main areas of a business: 1) Systemic Requirements; 2) Management Requirements; 3) Resource Requirements; 4) Realization Requirements, and 5) Remedial Requirements. Each of these five areas has extensive regulations detailing the standards and practices that must be in place to qualify for these certifications.

SIX-SIGMA

CCMTECH also abides by Six-Sigma. Six-Sigma is a system that seeks to continuously improve the quality, technology, processes, company culture, productivity, safety and leadership of a particular company. Conforming to this system encourages us to constantly question our company practices and thus find more efficient and effective methods of conducting business.

DESIGN

In the design process, quality and cost are the important factors that come into play. Material choices and the ergonomics of the specific product make it such that our design team must determine the right balance of quality and cost to preserve the quality and affordability of the product. Our design engineers have the necessary experience to design a product that does not sacrifice quality for cost considerations.

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING

We use solely proven components in the products we manufacture. A high quality component will not only spend less time for its Quality Control testing, but will also have significant reductions in failures once sold. Our engineers are highly experienced and know what to expect from various designs and components making it a simpler task to determine what components are of high quality.

CERTIFICATIONS

All products manufactured by CCMTECH are fully certified to electrical norms, as well as the European RoHS and WEEE Certifications. We are also doing our share in helping remove hazardous materials from the electronic manufacturing industry.

PROTOTYPING

Prototypes are rigorously tested to conform to your specifications and our Quality Assurance standards. The prototypes are put through a number of tests beyond any level expected in the field.

ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION

Our production lines are located in a static free environment. The actual assembly process has a set of strict procedures that are available at the start of each assembly line.

QUALITY CONTROL

Each individual CCMTECH unit manufactured goes through the quality control process: we do not sample for quality control.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

To ensure that the products have been properly packaged, for large orders, our personnel reopen and rerun quality control tests on 2% of the boxes to be shipped.
